SeegSoog.com is operated by Log-Inn the Smart Home Ltd., Company Registration Number 514147305, Israel. All legal actions concerning SeegSoog.com must be directed exclusively to this company.

Welcome, Provider! These Provider Terms of Use (“Provider Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you (“Provider,” “you,” or “your”) and SeegSoog.com (“we,” “us,” or “our”). As defined in our main Terms of Use, a “Provider” includes both Sellers (who list properties) and Service Providers (who offer related services).

By creating an account to offer properties or services, you agree to these Provider Terms, in addition to our main Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict between these Provider Terms and the main Terms of Use, these Provider Terms will take precedence for all your activities as a Provider.

1. The Role of the Platform

Our Platform is a venue that connects Providers with potential Investors. We are not a real estate broker, agent, or financial advisor. We are not a party to any agreement or transaction between you and an Investor, and we do not endorse, inspect, or guarantee any property or service listed on the Platform.

In addition to potential Investors, you may use the Platform to connect with or receive inquiries from other users who may offer funding, lending, construction and renovation, inspection, property management, legal, tax, insurance, entity‑formation, 1031 exchange, or similar services related to your property or transaction. Any discussions, agreements, or transactions you enter into with such parties are solely between you and them. We are not a party to those arrangements, do not advise on them, and do not guarantee any payments, services, or outcomes.

2. Provider Account

To list properties or services, you must maintain a Provider account in good standing. You represent and warrant that you are of legal age and have the full right and authority to offer the properties or services you post.

3. The Lead and Payment Process

Our platform operates on a Pay-Per-Lead model. You will be notified of an inquiry from a potential Investor that matches your property or service criteria. You may then choose to purchase the lead to unlock the Investor's contact information.

Pricing: The price for each lead is determined by a set number of platform credits, as specified in the Provider dashboard and modals. The final price will be displayed in your preferred currency before you commit to the purchase.
Payment: By accepting a lead, you agree to pay the displayed price.
Definition of a Lead: A purchased lead includes the contact information provided by the Investor, such as their name, email, and/or phone number. We take steps to verify the contact information provided by Investors.
Refunds: You may request a refund in the form of platform credits if you believe a purchased lead is invalid. A lead is considered invalid only if you are unable to establish contact with the Investor using both the provided email and phone number. To request a refund, you must contact us within 72 hours of purchasing the lead (including weekends and holidays). We will review your request, and if the lead is deemed invalid at our sole discretion, we will issue a refund in platform credits to your account.

4. Provider Obligations and Content Policies

Accuracy: You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your listings, including all details, photos, and financial information. All information must be truthful and not misleading.
Prohibited Content: You may not post content that is fraudulent, discriminatory, infringing on intellectual property rights, or otherwise illegal. This includes a strict prohibition on uploading inappropriate images or text. You are also forbidden from including any personal or business contact information (such as names, phone numbers, email addresses, or website links) within property descriptions, images, or notes. Failure to comply with these content policies may result in immediate account termination.
License Grant: You retain full ownership of the content you post. However, by posting it, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the SeegSoog.com Platform.
Compliance with Laws: You are responsible for ensuring that your listings and all related activities comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations, including real estate licensing and advertising laws.
Intellectual Property of Others: You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights and permissions to use all content you post, including images and text. You may not post content that infringes on the copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of any third party. We reserve the right to remove any content that we believe may be infringing and to terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

5. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

By purchasing a lead, you are granted a limited right to use the Investor's contact information. This information may only be used to contact the Investor regarding the specific property or service they inquired about. You are strictly prohibited from using this information for any other purpose, including but not limited to: contacting the Investor about other offerings, adding the Investor to any marketing or mailing lists without their explicit consent, or selling or sharing the information with any third party. Violation of this clause is a serious breach of these terms and may result in the immediate termination of your account.

6. Fees and Future Changes

Currently, it is free to create a Provider account and list properties/services. This is a limited-time promotional offer.

We reserve the right to introduce fees for listings, accounts, or other features in the future. Should we introduce any such fees, we will provide you with at least thirty (30) days' notice before the changes take effect. Notice will be provided via email or through a notification on the Platform.

7. Term and Termination

You may terminate your Provider account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. We reserve the right to take action against accounts that violate these Provider Terms. Consequences for breaches may include, but are not limited to:

A formal warning.
Temporary suspension of your account and listings.
Permanent termination of your account for severe or repeated violations.
Forfeiture of any purchased credits upon termination for cause.
Pursuit of legal remedies for damages caused by your breach.

Upon termination, your access to the Platform will be revoked, and we may, at our discretion, remove any or all of your content.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is." We are not liable for any financial losses, disputes between you and an Investor, or damages arising from your use of the Platform. This includes any damages resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or data loss. It is your responsibility to conduct your own due diligence.

Without limiting the foregoing, you are solely responsible for conducting your own due diligence on any Investor, lender, or other Provider you engage with through or in connection with the Platform, and for ensuring that your activities comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and professional requirements in all relevant jurisdictions.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SeegSoog.com and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from and against any claim, demand, loss, damage, cost, or liability, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, your listings, your breach of these Provider Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Provider Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law principles. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any disputes informally. Upon receiving a dispute notice via our Contact Us page, we will make a good-faith effort to resolve it and will respond to your inquiry within 14 business days. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Provider Terms that cannot be resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the competent courts located in Tel Aviv, Israel, and the parties hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
